I called Jesse and he was able to work around my schedule from start to finish when a couple rooms in my basement were damaged by water. They handled literally everything from the demolition to making sure the rooms were completely redone. If you're looking for a company that is going to actually care about your problem and make sure things are done correctly in a timely fashion then call Service First Cleaning. I'll be using them again if I ever need something done again.read more

I woke up like every other day, only to walk downstairs and feel like I was sent back to 2006 watching Poseidon in the theatre, water pouring in from everywhere I looked, thinking to myself, man, this might be more horrible than that movie itself. Instantly went into survival mode and knew I had to call Jesse Dean at Service First to get this mess under control. Before I was able to get off the phone, Service First vans were swarming my house like swat on a drug bust, and were sucking water out of my newly founded indoor swimming pool in no time. With professional guidance and endless knowledge, I have been able to get the water issue under control that was overlooked in the past, and has made the experience as enjoyable as possible with less damage than I imagined. This is the last thing anyone would want, but if it ever does, Jesse Dean at Service First would be my first recommendation. Had he been born years ago, I am confident with his speedy response, he could have sucked out the water from the sinking titanic fast enough to keep it afloat, rewriting history. I called these guys on a Sunday after my basement flooded and they explained all the steps they would take to restore my basement. They were very up front and honest about pricing and explaining options to help protect my bottom dollar too. When they came to my house, they were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing restoration help after any sort of damage.read more

I have been a property manager for 3 years and I LOVE Service First and their entire crew. One of the owners Lee, is wonderful to deal with. He discusses all the things that will be needed to complete a job and gives you a FREE estimate on the cost. There were 2 incidences where I had a fairly large water problem and they were out there that morning first thing and his crew was on top of everything, got it prepped and ready for the blowers to dry out in an hour to an hour and a half. Dustin,and Dylan did a great job..They showed up on time for their appointment time.And they cleaned the vents in my home and the job took a lot less time to complete.After they finished.Now my furnace puts out twice the amount of heat. I’m very satisfied with the results.I will definitely call this company again in the future.read more

We had a fire in our home on February 21, 2018, and secured the services of Service First for our restoration. Among many other repairs, walls and ceilings had to be torn out and rebuilt, hardwood floors refinished, plumbing and electrical were updated and a wood burning fireplace replaced with a gas insert. Moving back home five months later was a major undertaking, with hundreds of boxes with personal belongings needing to be unpacked. Monica and Wendy were an invaluable help in this process. Lee and his crew were amazing to work with. They kept us informed as the restoration progressed, and always treated us with kindness and respect. Service First will always be our "go to" if we are in need of restoration or cleaning services. They helped us in our time of need, and we are blessed to be back in and enjoying our restored and improved home. Our heartfelt thanks to Lee and his crew!read more
